Job description

Job Description Tharros supports HQ ACC Flight Operations Division (A3T) with combat readiness and training of the Combat Air Forces. Support includes technical and subject matter expertise to develop and oversee policy for ACC flight operations, aircrew flying training, mission operations, and formal training programs. In this role, you will be responsible to support military, government civilians and other contractors with daily administrative and personnel functions for the Directorate encompassing approximately 800+ personnel. Tasks include, but are not limited to: * Track and review directorate military performance reports, military feedback forms, and military awards and decorations for approximately 400+ military personnel using vPC (virtual personnel center). Submit weekly slides to directorate leadership with current status of military performance reports, forms, awards, and decorations.
* Monitor military personnel action requests, track personnel, manpower and training transactions, and provide status reports to management. Review and correct personnel records as needed for 400+ military personnel, 200+ civilians, and 100+ contractor personnel.
* Serve as the resident SME for all mandated administrative support programs.
* Review unit programs for compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron commander directories.
* Provide support for programs such as task management tool, GTC, facilities management, drug demand reduction program, health care program, fitness program, safety program, ADPE accounts, security program, and supply program. Develop and recommend procedures to track programs status and maintain program health, and implement them if approved. Identify and respond to trends of programs and help keep them operating at or above satisfactory levels. Communicate guidance to squadron members.
* Provide advice on policy and recommend procedures for executing directives related to associated programs. Assist Government in ensuring assigned members are aware of individual requirements established by law and/or policy.
* Serve as the PoC for both civilian and military position utilization. Maintain manpower manning documents. Review requests for revised manpower authorizations and make recommendations for approval or disapproval. Receive changes to UMD and notify appropriate officials and flows up with appropriate actions. Review UMD monthly and analyze manpower documents for accuracy and ensure that products are distributed to customers.
* Develop and recommend effective procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations of the office. Provide advice to staff in the organization on administrative, clerical, and procedural requirements. Assist other clerical staff in locating and selecting the appropriate guidelines, references, and procedures for application to specific cases.
* Assist the A3 division Security Managers. Accomplish all required security training, input visit requests into DISS or through A2/SSO, coordinate re-investigations and read-in access, and conduct quarterly inspections with members of A3 or the 633 ABW Security Office.
* Responsible for necessary entry access letters and alarm access letters. Requirements * Secret clearance required
* 3 years of experience supporting office operations and producing letters, reports, spreadsheets, graphs, etc.
* Recent orderly room and personnel/administrative experience
