Job description

Our office in Colby, KS, is looking for a full time office assistant to join our accounting team. This position will assist in providing office administration support for our team and our clients. The position involves assembling reports, tax forms and other documents, receiving inbound calls, scheduling appointments, mail, ordering supplies, updating spreadsheets and correspondence. The ability to remain calm, organized and focused under deadlines is essential.
Position Requires:
  • 3+ years experience in an office support environment
  • Experience with Excel, Word and QuickBooks
  • Works well with clients and is friendly with a pleasant voice
  • Strong organizational skills and highly skilled in accuracy
  • Desire to work in public accounting firm
  • Ability to multi-task
