The role involves overseeing the production of cut and sew, kids', and men’s clothing. Our primary office is strategically located in the heart of New York City’s Garment District in Midtown Manhattan. From this central hub, we meticulously manage and supervise all production processes and supply chains, emphasizing exceptional customer service.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion & Textile Associate Designer located in Manhattan, NY. The Fashion & Textile Associate Designer will assist the design team in creating and developing new product designs. Key responsibilities include researching industry trends, participating in design reviews, and managing design calendars.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field
  • Experience in the fashion industry, preferably as a design assistant or associate designer
  • Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to translate ideas into marketable products
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of textiles and fabrics, including dyeing, printing, and finishing processes
  • Knowledge of garment construction and fitting is a plus
