Job Title: Video Editor Type: Full-time; Remote (LatAm) Schedule: US Time zone About the Role We're looking for a high-impact Video Editor to join our Creative team and support a rapidly scaling video ecosystem across our paid marketing and e-commerce channels. This is a full-time, embedded role for an editor who is confident owning dayโ€toโ€day execution, bringing sharp editorial judgment, and proactively improving how work gets done. You'll collaborate closely with senior video leadership, but you'll be trusted to manage your scope independently, flag gaps, and help us scale output without sacrificing quality.

While this role is not responsible for setting overall creative direction, it does require strong instincts, taste, and the ability to improve systemsโ€”not just deliver files. What You'll Do Own Business-As-Us- Paid ad edits across evergreen, launch, and promo cycles Creator / UGC adaptations and performance iterations Versioning, resizing, and exporting across formats and markets Select merchandising assets for our site and wholesale partners Social and other internal video requests Collaborate & Elevate Partner closely with the Lead Video Editor to align on standards, tone, and priorities Receive direction on new or higherโ€stakes formats, then independently execute once aligned Actively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, templates, and handoffs Surface recurring issues, inefficiencies, or gaps that slow output or create rework Contribute to documentation, best practices, and repeatable processes Bring a Scaling Mindset This role is expected to think beyond individual edits: Flag process or tooling improvements that increase speed and consistency Help evolve how we manage versioning, exports, and review cycles Identify patterns in feedback and proactively adjust approach Support the team in handling higher volume without quality degradation You are not just executing tasksโ€”you are helping the system work better. Scope & Decision-Making You will independently own small-to-medium complexity edits.

Larger, experimental, or firstโ€time formats will be: Set by senior video leadership, or Clearly templated before handoff As trust and context deepen, ownership and autonomy has the opportunity to expand. Creative direction and final sign-off sit with senior video leadership, but this role is expected to exercise judgment and initiative within defined frameworks. What We're Looking For Experience 3โ€“5 years of professional video editing experience Experience supporting: Paid social or performance marketing creative Creator / UGC or influencer content Brand or e-commerce video assets Experience working within established brand systems while improving execution Skills Strong editorial instincts and attention to detail Comfortable operating at volume in fastโ€moving environments Organized, proactive, and systemsโ€minded Able to take feedback, synthesize patterns, and apply learning forward Clear communicator in async, distributed teams Tools Adobe Premiere Pro (required) After Effects (working familiarity preferred) Frame.io or similar review tools Comfort working within shared asset and fileโ€management systems Bonus for experience in basic sound mixing, color grading, and motion graphics #J-18808-Ljbffr
