Matchpoint is an award-winning, AI-powered, automated media supply chain that transforms how media and entertainment companies manage and deliver streaming video assets. It was developed to address the challenges facing studios and content owners due to rising costs, complexity, and scale, by replacing manual, labor-intensive workflows with an intelligent, end-to-end system that works across hundreds of global FAST, AVOD, SVOD and CTV platforms via the product suite - Dispatch (content onboarding and delivery), Blueprint (app building), and Insights (analytics) - which provides real-time control, transparency, scalability, and operational efficiency. With the recent additions of Giant Worldwide and IndiCue, Matchpoint uniquely combines automation, enterprise-level execution, and advertising technology - going beyond traditional infrastructure to provide enhanced monetization, real-time content optimization, and high-volume distribution.

Giant has serviced thousands of titles to over 100 different streaming VOD and broadcast platforms including iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Google Play. In addition to our digital VOD offerings, we are also experts in UHD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, and DVD compression and authoring.

In addition to viewing feature and episodic content, the QC Technician will also conduct reviews of contents and metadata for files being delivered to streaming services, and occasional navigation reviews of DVD and Blu-ray discs. This is a great opportunity for someone who is team-oriented, technically skilled, systems-oriented, and has an overall "Roll Up Your Sleeves" approach to troubleshooting. • Well versed in metadata and packaging checks for multiple platforms (iTunes, Hulu, Amazon, Google, etc)
  • Familiarity with various A/V formats (Pro-Res, mp4, etc) and timed-text formats and behavior (.scc, .itt, etc)
  • The ability to work in Final Cut Pro or Premiere as a day-to-day workflow
  • Ability to identify and report quality errors in digital video/audio assets (sync, dropouts, format issues etc.)
  • Confirming basic technical requirements
  • Submitting reports based on findings
  • Error checking and verifying XML documents prior to delivery
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in evaluating workload/deadline projections at top level
  • Abide by security policies, including the ability to not have your cell phone with you while working.

  • Understanding of video compression and various codecs used by VOD platforms and broadcasters
  • Ability to work with minimal direction while managing a heavy workload.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to switch among different tasks day to day and with work schedule.
  • Enjoy work in a fast-paced environment.
