Job description

Summary:
Under the supervision of the Lead Production Director, the Production Associate will provide support for Church Unlimited Audio, Video, & Lighting (AVL) and IT needs.
Essential Job Functions:
Communicate the vision, mission and values of Church Unlimited
Lead, serve, and support during weekend services and special events
Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve AVL problems
Install and position lights, lighting equipment, video cameras and other equipment
Conduct training sessions for volunteers on operation of AVL equipment
Develop manuals, texts, videos, workbooks, or related materials for use in training
Provide AVL support at weddings, funerals, rehearsals or other special events
Attend worship team rehearsals to provide AVL support
Design and execute set designs
Perform basic computer maintenance through routine updates & troubleshooting of church computers, routers and servers
Other duties as assigned

Skill/Ability/Knowledge Requirements

Able to operate, install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair AVL equipment used in multimedia productions
Knowledge of video camera and lighting techniques is helpful

Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web searches
Ability to work independently and collaboratively balancing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Experience in a church ministry setting preferred
