About the role
Concept Plus is seeking a Video Production Specialist to provide technical and creative support to the customer's Video Services team. This position is responsible for operating production systems, executing video projects, and ensuring high-quality delivery of audiovisual products in support of mission requirements.
What you'll do
  • Operate and troubleshoot professional A/V equipment, including cameras, lighting, projection, audio systems, switchers, and related production technologies.
  • Support video and multimedia projects from planning through final delivery, including filming, editing, and post-production tasks.
  • Perform non-linear editing using professional software platforms.
  • Maintain, track, and service production equipment and inventory.
  • Coordinate project requirements with customers and ensure products meet established standards.
  • Set up, transport, and tear down production equipment for on-site and studio environments.

Required Qualifications
  • US Citizen
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.
  • Associate degree in a related technical field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in video production, multimedia support, or a similar technical role
  • Experience with professional non-linear editing systems (e.g., Final Cut, AVID).
  • Working knowledge of studio/field lighting, chroma key, staging, and basic script development.
  • Familiarity with MAC/PC systems, networked environments, and common media production workflows.
  • Understanding of broadcast operations, streaming, and video-on-demand platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability across video, audio, and A/V systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
  • Ability to lift and move production equipment.
  • Awareness of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
