Job Description

The Video Investment, Senior Associate assists the team in the execution of Video plans across the full Video eco-system (Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, etc).  The role supports all activation activities, and provides a solid learning environment in the world of Video. 

This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations 

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the Video Activation Process across multiple clients
  • Analyzes plans from partners 
  • Issues order letters 
  • Facilitates makegoods and re-expressions 
  • Handles all 'systems' work (entering buys, etc.) 
  • Handles any research requests (rankers, ratings reports, buy schedules) 
  • Handle billing discrepancies  
  • Update Traffic docs as needed 
  • Keep the team informed on project statuses through regular updates and clear communication 
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 18 months National Video activation experience  
  • 6 months - 1+ years' experience using Media Ocean tools (Mbox, Prisma, etc.)  
  • Optional: HCP/DTC/Pharma experience

 Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $66,360.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
