Customer Support Associate

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months

Description

The WM Client Reporting Operations (CRO) team is focused on fulfilling investment account performance reporting needs for Wealth Management clients which include institutional clients, primarily for the Graystone business, as well as ultra-high net worth individuals. The hiring sub-team is specifically tasked with onboarding and maintaining investment accounts held outside of *** to enable Financial Advisors to report on those assets from our internal reporting platforms. The role is critical to hire to meet the growing demand for our services. *** is aggressively, and successfully, recruiting financial advisors from our competitors and acquiring registered investment advisors (RIAs). The individual would not be onboarding Financial Advisors themselves; instead, the individual would be processing requests from the branches/field to onboard accounts for client reporting. This work is completed via email and Case Management. Acquiring RIAs is new firm initiative and within a short time 2 multi-billion-dollar RIAs have been acquired. This role will position us to handle the substantial effort required to onboard new advisor teams and RIAs. Effort to onboard their clients is substantial as it requires the build-out of historical performance for multiple client accounts, often extending back years. If we cannot hire for this position, there is a risk that the pipeline of business expansion will be hampered as the onboarding work cannot be absorbed given existing staff level. It will also make it difficult to maintain reasonable service levels on an ongoing basis as our account load increases as a result of business expansion.
