*This is a Full-Time position based in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.
What You Will Do
ARK is hiring a Video Producer to own its video content end to end - from concept to publish - across every channel and market we operate in. This person will be the single point of accountability for how ARK looks, sounds, and performs on video: filming, editing, clip generation, thumbnails, and titling, all engineered to maximize discovery, retention, and engagement on each platform's algorithm. They will also be a creative partner to Marketing Leadership and the Showrunner, helping evolve our current programming and pitch new formats that keep ARK's media ecosystem ahead of the curve. This role includes direct management of ARK's Multimedia Associate, who supports production operations and content workflows across the team. This is a hands-on production role.
Your Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Production
• Own filming, sound, lighting, and on-site/remote shoots for ARK's advisor and fund-facing content, working with internal subject-matter experts, analysts, and leadership on camera
• Manage editing and post-production across long-form (interviews, webinars, research breakdowns) and short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) content, maintaining a consistent ARK visual and sonic identity
2. Clip Generation & Content Repurposing
• Turn long-form video into a steady pipeline of short-form, platform-native clips that extend the life and reach of every piece of content
• Build an efficient production pipeline using both traditional editing software and next-generation AI tools (e.g., HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway, Descript) for localization, voiceover, and rapid iteration
3. Thumbnail, Title & Metadata Strategy
• Test and optimize thumbnails, titles, and metadata to drive click-through and watch time, with a working knowledge of how YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn recommendation algorithms reward specific formats
• Run structured A/B tests to validate creative instincts with data
4. Programming & Format Development
• Analyze performance data (views, retention curves, engagement, subscriber growth) to identify what's working and inform what we make next
• Pitch and prototype new show formats, series, and content types that strengthen ARK's direct-to-investor engagement strategy globally
5. Global Consistency & Compliance
• Adapt content for international audiences across ARK's advisor and fund channels, ensuring brand and compliance consistency across markets and languages
6. Team Leadership
• Manage and develop the Multimedia Associate, setting clear priorities, providing creative direction, and ensuring high-quality output across the production function
Who You Are
• Platform-Native Thinker - You have a sharp, demonstrable understanding of what drives discovery and retention on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and you engineer content to perform, not just look good
• Craft + Judgment - You pair production skill with a strategic point of view about what content should exist in the first place; you don't just execute, you think
• AI-Forward - You have hands-on experience with AI production tools and genuine enthusiasm for adopting new ones as the landscape evolves
• Calm Director - You have the patience and communication skills to direct non-professional talent (executives, analysts) on camera and get great performances out of people who aren't actors
• Independent & Accountable - You are comfortable owning a global content calendar across multiple channels and stakeholders with minimal supervision
• Effective People Leader - You delegate clearly, develop junior talent, and maintain quality standards across the production function
Qualifications
• 4+ years of professional video production experience spanning both long-form and short-form/social content, with a portfolio showing range across filming, editing, and motion graphics
• Advanced proficiency in professional editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (After Effects)
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered production tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway, or Descript
• Demonstrated understanding of platform algorithms and what drives discovery and retention on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Experience working with subject-matter experts or executives on camera
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members, with the ability to delegate effectively while maintaining production quality
• Bonus: experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries and familiarity with compliance-aware content workflows
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to St. Petersburg, FL; this is an in-office role
