As a Project Manager on Dead by Daylight, you will contribute to the effective management of the various planning and execution phases of a project, as well as team management, while ensuring rigorous task tracking, coordination, and communication across multidisciplinary teams.

In this role you will:
  • Participate in planning discussions by identifying dependencies and risks, and proposing contingency plans when needed.
  • Track tasks in JIRA and Confluence, in collaboration with leads and stakeholders, to maintain a clear and up-to-date production plan.
  • Support the team in day-to-day activities, remove blockers, and follow up as needed to maintain production momentum and efficiency.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication across teams, fostering a shared understanding of game design, development processes, and expected deliverables.
  • Keep the team aligned on the right priorities throughout production, promoting motivation and timely delivery of milestones.
  • Lead and support individual contributors in achieving their goals.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues, and produce appropriate documentation, plans, and status reports.
What we're looking for:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the video game industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production coordination multidisciplinary teams within the video game.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience managing individual contributors.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, schedules, and project management.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel and identify and escalate risks.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both French and English.
