Creative Intern [Unpaid]


The Creative Intern will support the development of engaging visual and digital content across our marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts, content ideas, and campaign concepts.
  • Create short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
  • Film and edit photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Design graphics, promotional materials, digital advertisements, and other visual assets.
  • Develop creative social media content and assist with content calendar planning.
  • Research social media trends, formats, and emerging content styles.
  • Repurpose existing marketing assets into new and engaging content.
  • Assist with creative direction for photoshoots and video productions.
  • Help maintain consistency across the company's visual brand identity.
  • Brainstorm new campaigns, content series, and promotional initiatives.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen the company's creative presence.


Ideal Candidate:


  • Strong interest in content creation, design, social media, or branding
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with photo/video editing and design tools
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Able to work on-site at our office in Traverse City, MI
