We are seeking a creative and results-driven Multimedia Marketing Specialist to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and digital growth across multiple marketing channels.

This role combines content creation, social media management, email marketing, video production, website content management, and online reputation management. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with multimedia production skills who enjoys creating engaging content and analyzing performance to improve results.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Brand Presence
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other channels
  • Monitor engagement, analytics, and campaign performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment
  • Identify opportunities to expand audience reach and strengthen brand authority
Email Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to support customer retention, lead generation, and promotions
  • Write compelling email copy and coordinate supporting creative assets
  • Develop and maintain automated email workflows and nurture campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and engagement metrics
Video Production & YouTube Channel Management
  • Plan, script, record, edit, and publish video content
  • Create videos addressing customer FAQs, product demonstrations, tutorials, and company initiatives
  • Optimize videos using SEO best practices including titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions
  • Manage content calendars and publishing schedules for YouTube and video platforms

Website Content & Digital Assets
  • Create, edit, resize, and optimize website images and visual content
  • Upload and manage multimedia assets within website and content management systems

  • Assist with website updates including promotional content, product information, and landing pages
  • Optimize website content and assets for SEO and user experience
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and web properties
Online Review Management
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback across platforms including Google, Review.io, and others
  • Draft professional and brand-aligned responses to customer reviews
  • Monitor customer sentiment trends and identify improvement opportunities
