Overview:
Saviynt is seeking an Associate Video Producer to join our in-house corporate creative team. The ideal
candidate is a highly skilled visual storyteller who can produce compelling creative solutions for customer
storytelling, product, event, and social branded assets, as well as collaborating and partnering with other
departments in alignment with the Saviynt corporate brand.

This role blends strong post-production expertise, motion design proficiency, and the ability to direct or
independently execute small-scale video shoots. The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling with a
deep technical understanding of modern video workflows, ensuring that every piece of content is visually
impactful, brand-aligned, and optimized for multi-platform distribution.

The Associate Video Producer will contribute to the full lifecycle of content creation, from concept
development, scripting support, and pre-production planning to on-set capture, editing, and delivery of
polished, high-quality work. This position requires a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills,
and the confidence to work with stakeholders across departments, including executives, subject-matter
experts, and external partners.
What You'll Be Doing
  •
Post-Production & Motion Graphics (Primary Focus)
  • Translate complex SaaS concepts into engaging visual stories, using motion graphics to simplify abstract technical workflows like cloud security, identity governance, and AI integration.
  • Develop high-impact B2B marketing assets that balance professional corporate standards with modern, high-energy SaaS aesthetics for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Edit video content for marketing, brand, and internal communications, producing polished deliverables from project kickoff through final delivery.
  • Build and adapt motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, including title sequences, animated explainers, transitions, lower thirds, iconography, and MOGRT templates.
  • Prepare multi-format deliverables for web, social media, vertical platforms, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Implement stakeholder feedback with clear communication, efficient revisions, and version control.
  • Manage and maintain organized project structures, proxies, media caches, and file naming conventions.
  • Use modern AI-assisted tools for rough cuts, transcription, cleanup, audio enhancement, and content optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and creative leads to maintain a consistent visual style across all content.
  •

Production & On-Set Support
  • Plan and execute small-crew or solo video shoots, including location scouting, lighting design, camera setup, and audio capture.
  • Operate cameras, LED lighting, and audio equipment with confidence, ensuring visually consistent results across interviews, b-roll, and product demonstrations.
  • Direct talent and subject-matter experts to achieve clear, natural, and on-brand performance.
  • Manage logistics for local and occasional travel-based shoots, including equipment prep, scheduling, and client coordination.
  • Capture still photography at events, including candid moments, environmental brand imagery, and corporate headshots.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work directly with marketing, leadership, and various internal teams to develop storylines and creative approaches for new content initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders about timelines, expectations, and content goals.
  • Serve as a creative partner who brings ideas for elevating content through new formats, design techniques, or updated visual treatments.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all produced assets, acting as a visual ambassador for both tone and style.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and SME teams to produce deep-dive product demos and "How-To" content that drives user adoption and showcases ROI for enterprise customers.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with B2B buyer journeys, tailoring visual messaging to resonate with IT decision-makers, CISOs, and executive stakeholders.
  •

Technical & Workflow Excellence
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of modern video production tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot on-set and post-production challenges with a level-headed, solutions-focused approach.
  • Manage media through cloud-based storage, shared workflows, and collaborative review platforms.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, including cloud editing, AI-assisted tools, color workflows, and new camera/lighting systems.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Film Production, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in video production, post-production, or a related creative field.
  • Must have proven experience in a B2B or SaaS environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates an ability to make software interfaces and technical data visually compelling.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS "Visual Language," including experience working with UI/UX screen recordings, software mockups, and data visualization.
  • Strategic mindset focused on how video drives business outcomes in a high-growth tech environment, rather than just aesthetic execution.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating editing, motion graphics, and finished video projects with clear descriptions of your role.
  • Experience developing animated/motion-driven content for multiple platforms.
  • Solid understanding of cinematography principles, lighting setups, audio capture, and interview production.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with executives and non-actors, providing direction and coaching when needed.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a distributed creative team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Interest in advanced technical workflows such as color management, multi-camera editing, cloud collaboration, and modern LED lighting systems.
If required for this role, you will:

- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
