Job description


As a Senior TPM, you will lead large-scale, cross-functional programs that support billions of dollars in infrastructure investments and data center expansion initiatives. You will help define and operationalize the tooling, governance models, processes, and execution frameworks used to manage OCI's rapidly growing infrastructure ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is highly technical, execution-oriented, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and capable of influencing organizations at all levels - from engineering teams to VP/SVP/EVP stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs focused on OCI infrastructure planning, sourcing, forecasting, and capacity management.
  • Drive execution across multiple organizations including OCI engineering, infrastructure operations, supply chain, Fusion teams, finance, and Global Business Units.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, roadmaps, operational processes, and delivery milestones.
  • Build and scale program management frameworks, governance models, operational tooling, and business processes supporting OCI infrastructure growth.
  • Coordinate large-scale infrastructure and data center initiatives involving capacity planning, procurement, deployment readiness, and operational scaling.
  • Manage executive-level visibility, reporting, and communications for SVP/EVP-level initiatives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks across organizations and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
  • Create scalable operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Facilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization.
  • Help establish long-term operational rigor and process maturity for managing global cloud infrastructure growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, forecasting accuracy, and operational scalability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Operations, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs in cloud infrastructure, data center operations, supply chain, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts including capacity planning, forecasting, infrastructure deployment, hardware lifecycle management, and operational scaling.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly visible executive-level initiatives involving multiple organizations and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience driving programs across engineering, business, finance, operations, and executive teams.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment in complex organizational environments.
  • Experience building operational processes, program governance frameworks, and scalable execution models.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and status reporting.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
