Job description

Hotel Equities, one of the top hotel development and management companies in the industry, is currently searching for a remarkable Vice President of Revenue Management to lead Springboard Hospitality, our independent and lifestyle hotel division. We offer an award-winning culture and a unique environment that empowers our team to exceed guests' expectations and make a distinct difference in people's lives. Our ideal candidate will be engaged, authentic, and prepared to provide support and resources to our "best in class" hotels!

The Vice President of Revenue Management serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for setting and executing the company's commercial revenue vision across the entire portfolio. This role leads enterprise-level revenue strategy, pricing, distribution, and inventory optimization to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability while ensuring alignment with ownership goals and the company's long-term growth plans.

As the senior-most revenue leader, the VP partners closely with the President, Commercial Team, Operations, and Property GMs to shape strategic direction, drive innovation, and lead transformative initiatives that position Hotel Equities Springboard as a top-performing hospitality company in diverse markets.

Scope of Work + Team
  • Reports to President
  • Direct Reports: Regional Directors, Area Directors, Revenue Managers and Property-level Revenue Leaders
  • This role is fully remote, with regular travel to properties, corporate offices, and industry events.

Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience, including 5+ years in senior multi-property or corporate leadership roles with proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in driving portfolio revenue growth and market share in both branded and independent hotel environments.
  • Required: hands-on experience with independent and soft-branded hotels — Springboard's portfolio is primarily independent and lifestyle/soft-branded, which calls for different positioning, distribution, and OTA strategy than a fully-branded portfolio
  • Proven experience influencing executive-level decisions and working directly with ownership groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Skills & Expertise
  • Deep expertise in revenue management principles, commercial strategy, and global distribution.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with multiple RMS, PMS, CRS (SynXis CRS experience required/strongly preferred), GDS, channel management, and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven track record of leading organizational change and implementing technology solutions at scale.
Other Expectations
  • Ability to travel regularly for property visits, executive meetings, and industry conferences.
  • Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a dynamic hospitality environment.
