  • Build a High-Performance Culture: Create an environment where people are engaged, accountable, developed, and focused on delivering results.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including responsibility for multiple locations.
  • Proven experience leading multi-site operations in distribution, wholesale, logistics, or a similar environment.
  • A track record of leading and developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into practical, measurable action plans.
  • Strong customer focus and an entrepreneurial approach to solving problems and identifying opportunities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned region.

Why Join Us?
