iRely is a leading provider of ERP and Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) software for Agriculture, Petroleum, Retail Convenience Stores, and Food industries worldwide.

As iRely continues to expand its software portfolio, customer base, and global market presence, we are seeking an accomplished, strategic, and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead the company's marketing organization and accelerate brand awareness, demand generation, product positioning, and revenue growth.

This is a highly visible executive leadership position reporting directly to senior executive leadership. The VP of Marketing will develop and execute iRely's overall marketing strategy, build and lead a high-performing marketing team, and establish the processes, technology, and performance metrics necessary to support the company's global Go-to-Market strategy.

The successful candidate will be a strategic marketing leader who is equally comfortable developing the vision and strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute. The ideal candidate combines strong B2B technology marketing experience with expertise in demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing, content strategy, marketing analytics, brand development, and AI-enabled marketing.

Position Summary

The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing iRely's marketing strategy in partnership with Executive Leadership, Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services.

This leader will own the marketing function and build a scalable organization capable of supporting iRely's growth across multiple software products and industries.

The VP of Marketing will oversee brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, content, social media, website strategy, marketing technology, events, customer communications, and marketing analytics.

A key objective of this position is to create a measurable marketing engine that increases brand awareness, generates qualified sales opportunities, strengthens iRely's market position, supports product launches, and contributes directly to revenue growth.

Build marketing infrastructure, marketing functions, hire the team, establish the GTM strategy, and work directly with your executive leadership rather than simply being a hands-on Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Executive Leadership

  • Develop and execute iRely's overall marketing strategy in alignment with corporate growth objectives and the company's global Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Partner closely with the CEO, President, Sales Leadership, Product Management, and other executives to establish marketing priorities and revenue objectives.
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, budgets, priorities, and performance objectives.
  • Establish a clear marketing vision, operating model, processes, and performance metrics.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing Team, including Digital and Content, and manage and teal of 3 to 4 direct reports.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, creativity, collaboration, innovation, and measurable performance. Manage marketing agencies, technology vendors, contractors, and strategic partners as required. Represent Marketing at executive leadership meetings and provide regular reporting on marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B demand-generation strategy designed to increase qualified leads, sales opportunities, and revenue.
  • Build integrated campaigns across digital marketing, email, social media, search, webinars, industry events, trade shows, and targeted account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and manage the marketing funnel from awareness through lead generation, qualification, sales handoff, and conversion.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define lead-generation goals, ideal customer profiles, target markets, and account strategies.
  • Develop measurable KPIs for MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, Partner with Product Management and Sales to develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for iRely's software products. Establish product positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, target audiences, and value propositions.
  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for new product launches, enhancements, and major company initiatives.
  • Develop product presentations, sales collateral, customer communications, competitive materials, case studies, and sales enablement resources.

Brand Strategy & Content

  • Strengthen and evolve the iRely brand across all markets and customer touchpoints.
    • Establish consistent messaging, positioning, visual identity, and brand standards across the organization. Oversee development of high-quality content including Website content and landing pages. Blogs and newsletters, Customer success stories and case studies,  Product collateral, Sales presentations and enablement materials, Video and multimedia content, Social media content, Executive and customer communications
  • Develop and manage an editorial calendar and content distribution strategy.
  • Position iRely executives and subject-matter experts as thought leaders within the industries we serve.

Digital Marketing & Website Strategy

  • Own the company's digital marketing strategy and online presence.
  • Lead the ongoing development and optimization of the corporate website and digital customer experience.
  • Establish SEO and emerging strategies to improve search visibility and discoverability through AI-powered search platforms.
  • Develop an AI-enabled marketing strategy that improves productivity, creativity, personalization, analytics, and campaign performance.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered marketing technologies that can improve content development, market research, audience segmentation, campaign optimization, marketing automation, and customer engagement.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and determine how AI can create competitive advantages for iRely.
  • Establish appropriate processes and standards for responsible and effective use of AI-generated content.
  • Leverage platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and other emerging technologies.
  • Develop and execute iRely's social media strategy with a primary focus on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant B2B channels.
  • Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, thought leadership, and qualified lead generation.
  • Oversee paid digital advertising and campaign strategies.
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data and ROI.
  • Develop strategies for executive and employee thought leadership on social platforms.

Events & Industry Engagement

  • Develop the company's strategy for trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, customer events, and other marketing programs.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Management to maximize pipeline generation and ROI from industry events.
  • Develop pre-event, event, and post-event marketing campaigns.
  • Strengthen iRely's visibility and reputation within the industries and markets we serve.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and develop marketing organization capable of supporting iRely's continued growth. Initially lead and develop a team of approximately 3-4 direct reports, with the opportunity to expand the organization as business needs evolve.
  • Establish clear goals, responsibilities, KPIs, and performance expectations for the marketing team.
  • Mentor and develop marketing professionals and create opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

  • BA or MBA in marketing, communication or similar advanced degree, or Business Schools is required.
  • 15 years of progressive marketing experience, with significant leadership experience and leading B2B marketing organizations.
  • 10 years marketing experience in the software Industry with strong knowledge of
  • Proven experience in B2B technology, enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, or other complex technology environments.
