Position Overview:

The Vice President of Recruitment will be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process at Netflix to attract top talent globally. This individual will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives while optimizing the recruitment process through data-driven metrics and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan in alignment with Netflixs business objectives.
  • Manage and lead high-volume hiring initiatives while ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Utilize analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and report on key metrics.
  • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts and initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
  • Oversee employer branding efforts to promote Netflix as an employer of choice.
  • Manage a team of recruitment professionals, providing mentorship and training delivery as needed.
  • Engage in sourcing strategy design to attract niche talent pools.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to effectively execute recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Utilize recruitment technology and tools to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Design and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners for talent acquisition.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of effective leadership in a recruitment role, particularly in a high-paced environment.
