This leader will oversee a team of Relationship Managers and Associate Relationship Managers supporting the **Brokerage General Agency (BGA)**, **Independent Marketing Organization (IMO)/Network Marketing Organization (NMO)** and **Digital Transaction** channels.The AVP will play a critical role in strengthening enterprise-level B2B partnerships, ensuring alignment with the broader sales strategy, and driving measurable value across distribution relationships.
