The Vice President, Information Technology will be responsible for the direction, development, and implementation of the company's networks, systems, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and compliance. This role requires a leader with deep technology understanding.

Responsibilities

Leadership: Develop and execute the overall IT plan, aligned with budget and goals.

Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, ensuring ecient allocation of resources and cost-eective solutions.

Team Management: Win the hearts and minds of a high-performing team of 40 technology professionals. This includes dening the organizational structure, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and customer/business-centric service delivery.

Cybersecurity: Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the company's data and systems from threats.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in SOX 404, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and NIST.

Qualications & Skills

Technical Acumen: The successful candidate is not just technically procient - they are passionate about pushing IT to its highest potential. They bring a relentless drive to evolve systems, infrastructure, and platforms to best-in-class standards, and can demonstrate a track record of building technology that delivers real business value. Deep expertise in networks, Workday, SOX 404, IT Systems, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS) is required.

Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and developing teams that deliver measurable value.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation: $250,000 - $280,000.
