OVERVIEW Endicott College is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Graduate Enrollment to provide strategic leadership for graduate admission and support the college's long-term enrollment goals. This leadership role is part of the Division of Enrollment Management leadership team and the President’s Council. The position focuses on developing a comprehensive graduate enrollment model, advancing institutional growth, and strengthening recruitment and admission efforts for graduate and adult programs. The role requires collaboration with campus colleagues to implement cross-functional enrollment strategies aligned with institutional priorities. The Assistant Vice President will oversee graduate admission operations while contributing to organizational development and leadership across the institution.
