Blackstone is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead their Private Wealth Technology team. In this role, you’ll develop innovative products that support fundraising operations. You’ll work with a talented team to build full-stack solutions and data pipelines, all while fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Design and implement scalable backend solutions.
  • Build data pipelines for reliable analytics.
  • Collaborate with product leaders to define technical strategies.
