Overview

GIC is looking for a VP, Production Support Engineer to join their Front Office team in New York. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth operation of critical trading and investment platforms. You'll be hands-on in providing support, managing incidents, and collaborating with global teams. This position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment while driving innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on production support for critical trading and investment platforms.
  • Manage incidents and coordinate resolution with global teams to minimize impact and downtime.
