About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Creative & Integrated Marketing to lead brand expression and orchestrate high-impact, cross-channel marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. 

Reporting to the CMO, this leader will unify creative excellence with integrated go-to-market execution - ensuring that every campaign, launch, and brand moment is cohesive, differentiated, and performance-oriented. 

This role blends visionary brand leadership with operational rigor, connecting storytelling to measurable business outcomes. 

Responsibilities Creative & Brand Leadership 
  • Own the company's creative vision and brand expression across all channels. 
  • Ensure consistent, differentiated storytelling across corporate, product, and executive communications. 
  • Maintain a high bar for design, copy, video, experiential, and digital creative. 
  • Lead brand evolution initiatives as the company scales. 
Integrated Campaign Strategy 
  • Develop and execute fully integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, field, partner, and content channels. 
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Communications to translate product innovation into compelling market narratives. 
  • Ensure coordinated messaging and timing across global teams. 
  • Drive launch excellence for major announcements and category-defining moments. 
Pipeline & Performance Alignment 
  • Align creative strategy with growth and demand generation objectives. 
  • Ensure campaigns contribute measurably to awareness, engagement, and pipeline. 
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to optimize creative performance across paid and owned channels. 
Cross-Functional Leadership 
  • Act as the connective tissue between Creative, Product Marketing, Growth, Communications, and Field Marketing. 
  • Establish structured briefing and planning processes to eliminate silos and ensure execution excellence. 
  • Partner with Sales to align campaign messaging with customer needs. 
Team & Agency Management 
  • Build and lead a high-performing in-house creative and integrated marketing team. 
  • Manage agency relationships and production partners. 
  • Implement scalable processes to increase speed without sacrificing quality.

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in brand, creative, and integrated marketing roles. 
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns in high-growth B2B technology companies. 
  • Strong creative instincts paired with performance marketing fluency. 
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around unified messaging. 
  • Experience scaling teams and managing agency ecosystems. 
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills. 
Preferred 
  • Experience in AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or high-complexity technical markets. 
  • Experience supporting IPO-stage or public-company marketing environments. 
  • Global campaign leadership experience.
