  • Managing a portfolio of client relationships within Broadridge Asset Management Solutions business
  • Serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in helping clients achieve their business goals
  • Partnering closely with business leaders and key decision makers to ensure delivery of solutions
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with executive sponsors and key partners
  • Monitoring service delivery and health of account relationships
  • Communicating changes in the business environment to management
  • Preparing and executing annual client strategic plans
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the inner workings of front/middle office operations of Hedge Funds and Private Credit managers
  • Minimum 15 years of buy side experience or account management experience
  • Closing and contract negotiation skills
  • Detailed knowledge of products including OMS, Portfolio Management, Risk, Compliance Data Warehouse, Pricing, Reference Data, Accounting, Reconciliation and Reporting, Managed Services
  • Ability to take a consultative approach to problem solving with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to travel (20%)
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, high pressure environment.
