Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Senior Program Manager. The role operates with high independence and partners closely with communications leads to translate strategy and messaging into repeatable, high-quality execution across channels.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and ownership of Marketing Communications operations, channels, and delivery systems
* Ensuring communications are clear, consistent, and delivered effectively at scale by designing and implementing the processes, tools, and workflows that support how the organization communicates
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of experience in communications operations, marketing operations, or program management
* Experience designing and implementing operational systems at scale
* Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Amplify, Power Automate or similar tools
* Experience applying AI tools to improve workflows
* Strong systems thinking and process design capability
* Experience working across complex stakeholder environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
