About the Team: The enterprise ad sales team works with some of the largest organizations across all categories. They are responsible for enabling advertising on the platform and connecting users with brands. About the Role: The Client Solutions Vertical Manager will be responsible for driving strategy, owning revenue targets, and ensuring flawless campaign execution within the Apps Vertical. They will report into the Group Vertical Director and serve as the advocate for their category both internally and externally, acting as the voice of the customer to influence go-to-market and product strategies. They will manage the Client Solutions Managers (CSM) and work closely with the Sales and Product teams. Success in this role requires strong leadership in project and relationship management, client education, campaign success, and the ability to tell compelling stories that demonstrate TikTok's ability to drive client objectives, while scaling best practices across key clients. Responsibilities: - Become a subject matter expert in Apps and clearly articulate how TikTok can best serve these clients. - Train and empower the team to serve as external product consultants, educating clients and agencies on alpha and beta product solutions, scalable innovations, and best practices to grow existing partnerships. - Partner with Vertical Leadership as a strategic thought partner, identifying priorities, growth opportunities, and efficiencies through data-backed recommendations and insights. - Leverage data to identify consumer trends and lead your CSM team in developing and evolving playbooks that drive measurable client business outcomes. - Coach and develop Client Solutions teams on consultative, data-driven campaign analysis and selling at scale, while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. - Maintain up-to-date expertise on TikTok's features, ad units, measurement, attribution, and KPIs, and consult clients on how to link platform value directly to ROI. - Collaborate with Product to drive innovation by systematically surfacing advertiser needs and feedback to inform product roadmaps.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand/performance marketing. - Experience managing client solutions teams, with proven success in talent development and scaling teams. - Willingness to work in New York (NY) with extensive travel expected. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience managing advertisers across the full funnel, with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives within this vertical. - Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies - Strong ability to analyze data, translate insights into actionable strategies, and assess campaign performance effectively. - Proven ability to proactively troubleshoot, escalate through the proper channels - Proactive attitude with excellent project management, stakeholder management, organizational, and analytical skills. - Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $113685 - $227369 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
