Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager (Facilities IT)

Working Pattern: Full-time

Working location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite role/hybrid schedule)

As a Project Manager for the Facilities IT team in Rolls-Royce, you'll be leading a variety of Facilities IT projects within the Technology Platforms - Networks tower.

What you will be doing

With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and lead the project team to meet time, cost, and quality targets, takingappropriate actionwhere team performance deviates
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the project
  • Ensure that project and quality plans are prepared and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Monitor and control resources,revenueand capital costs against the project budget and manage expectations of all project stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations with stakeholders both internally and with any Supply Chain Supplier/Vendors.

Basic Requirements:

  • Associate degree in technical or related field and 7+ years of experience in IT project management, OR
  • Bachelor's degree in technical or related field and 5+ years of experience in IT project management, OR
  • Master's degree in technical or related field and 3+ years of experience in IT project management, OR
  • JD/PhD, OR
  • 9+ years of experience in IT Project management in lieu of a degree
  • In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience delivering infrastructure and/or facilities IT projects (not construction)
  • Experience documenting requirements and creating IT estimates
  • Experience working with shopfloor IT, systems, and office roll-outs
  • PMP Certification Preferred
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders in the Business and IT
  • Experience working with third party suppliers and vendor management
