Responsibilities

The Engineering and Construction Project Manager has the responsibility for all aspects of small/medium sized construction and engineering projects. Assists with and collaborates with other project managers to insure construction quality and construction compliance with all other projects under management.
The project management responsibilities includes but not limited to: plans and reviews for documents for technical completeness, schedule development/review/approval, environment of care compliance and construction effectiveness, communication with user departments, budget oversite and contingency management, contractor supervisions and construction quality assurance.


Requirements
  • BA or BS degree preferred preferably with a Project Management orientation (Must possess a high school diploma or GED)
  • Minimum of 1 to 5 years in assisting or advance educations in Construction Management or Architecture
  • High proficiency with Office Software.
  • Familiar with Project software and methodologies.
