Compensation: $35,000-$50,000+ (Annually including base and commissions)

● Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
● Participate in a fun, profit-focused, and team-based sales culture.
● Handle customer situations, making equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
● Participate as a “team player,” constantly supporting other team members.
● Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
● Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.
● Secure and maintain the store’s inventory and assets.

The Ideal Candidate:
● Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (college preferred).
● Demonstrable sales and communication skills.
● Experience finding creative solutions for complex sales and/or personnel challenges.
● Adaptability in an environment that has continuous change.
● Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including both opening and closing shifts.
● Has references that are still actively employed at their previous company.
