We Are Looking For

The Order Verification Associate is responsible for ensuring order accuracy and inventory integrity. This role supports the fulfillment process by verifying customer orders against inventory records under close supervision, preparing materials for shipment, and conducting basic quality checks. The Order Verification Associate role serves as a key check and balance measure to prevent errors and ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions (not limited to):

  • Review and verify outgoing orders against customer purchase orders and internal documentation.
  • Ensure all items, quantities, and packaging meet company and customer requirements.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, such as incorrect items, quantities, or labeling issues, before shipment.
  • Collaborate with warehouse pickers, packers, and shipping teams to resolve order discrepancies.
  • Conduct quality checks on packaging, labeling, and documentation for compliance.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or other tracking tools to confirm order accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of verified orders and discrepancies for reporting purposes.
  • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.


What You’ll Do

As an Order Verification Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Perform basic value-added tasks following standard instructions, ensuring products are correctly marked and securely packaged for shipment.
  • Conduct initial quality checks under close supervision, inspecting for visible defects, proper labeling, and packaging integrity before moving products to the next stage.
  • Report any issues or deviations to leads or supervisors, such as mislabeled items, damaged packaging, or material shortages, providing clear observations for resolution.
  • Preparing materials with adhesives or bonding agents as directed, ensuring they are ready for use in value-added processes.
  • Utilize basic computer skills and access work orders as guided by supervisors
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation by arranging tools, materials and components neatly and ensuring easy access and compliance with workplace safety and efficiency standards
  • Assist in sorting and organizing incoming materials, verifying quantities against documentation under close oversight.
  • Follow safety protocols by wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety training to prevent workplace hazards

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Previous assembly or production experience in the electronics industry preferred.

Special Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) orasylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
  • ITAR Requirement
  • 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
