POSITION SUMMARY:
The EVV Specialist performs a wide range of duties to ensure compliance of electronic visit verification with federal, state, waiver and funding agency guidelines
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Effectively and professionally communicate with all internal and external customers.
• Provide excellent customer service through quick follow-up and resolution to concerns and questions.
• Adhere to established Lori Knapp Choice policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Ensure participant/member and member hired-worker records and documentation are accessible, properly stored, and archived specifically pertaining to manual edits entered into EVV.
• Responsible for accurate and timely entry of manual edits entered into EVV when applicable.
• Familiarity and adherence to all fiscal agent and EVV policies and procedures.
• Communicate in a professional and respectful manner to participate/member and member hired-workers as well as funding agencies when troubleshooting or making corrections to missed EVV entries.
• Complete documentation and requests from federal, state, waiver, and funding agencies in a timely manner.
• Frequently access and verify EVV visits for participants/members and member hired-workers to assure accuracy.
• Attend all applicable and required EVV trainings.
• Adhere to a high degree of confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Other duties as needed to maintain a high-quality program.
