Role Summary
As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to senior leaders, helping them stay focused on strategic priorities. You'll play a key role in keeping operations organized, communications flowing, and projects on track while building strong relationships across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with minimal oversight.
  • Coordinate executive communications, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain project trackers, reports, and status updates to support business priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Safeguard confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of department meetings, off-site events, customer engagements, and special initiatives.
  • Anticipate executive needs by proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and administrative challenges.

Education & Experience
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to business leaders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders and/or executive-level leadership.
  • Experience coordinating projects, preparing executive presentations, and managing cross-functional communications.
