About this role:

We are seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead recruitment efforts for our US-based Marketing, Sales, and R&D divisions. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to leadership, driving the full-cycle recruitment process while building a robust talent pipeline for our mission-critical roles in the technology sector.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives for the US market, focusing on Marketing, Operations, and R&D departments to support company growth.
  • Full-Cycle Management: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, including resume screening, initial outreach, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and comprehensive background verification.
  • Executive Search & Talent Mapping: Collaborate with senior management to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles (ICPs) for high-level/executive roles; provide expert assessment on candidate suitability and culture fit.
  • Market Intelligence: Leverage deep industry knowledge to conduct thorough talent mapping, identify passive candidates, and proactively target top-tier talent in competitive technology markets.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR/Recruitment experience, specifically within the technology sector (e.g., Robotics, AI, Autonomous Driving).
  • Extensive experience in US-based recruitment is mandatory.
  • Experience in executive search firms (Headhunting/Agency) is a significant plus.
  • Professional Skills:Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (oral and written).
  • Comprehensive understanding of modern recruitment methodologies, including job analysis, psychometric assessment, behavioral interviewing, and channel management.
