A rapidly scaling technology company is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to support a C-suite executive.

This is an opportunity to step into a visible role at the center of a high-growth organization, working closely with a visionary leader as the company continues to scale. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, exceptionally organized, and understands how to operate as a true extension of an executive. This person is comfortable navigating ambiguity, anticipating needs before they arise, and helping bring structure to a dynamic environment.

Day-to-Day Provide dedicated support to executive, managing a complex and ever-evolving calendar, scheduling priorities, and strategic time management. Serve as a strategic thought partner by helping organize priorities, prepare for meetings, and drive accountability across key initiatives. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes.

Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and briefing documents to keep executive informed and prepared. Act as a liaison between executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and strong communication. Leverage technology, productivity tools, and AI-driven resources to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate Experience supporting senior or C-suite level executives in fast-paced environments Proven ability to partner with first-time founders and navigate rapidly changing priorities. Strong inbox and calendar management experience with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable operating with autonomy and making thoughtful decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Highly organized with outstanding project management and follow-through skills. Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools, systems, and technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
