TRUCK FITTER DEALER: Repairs, and service company seeking a reliable and responsible individual to help assist our Service Department.

Job Description but not limited to:

Customer Service - Interact with Customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely response

Help assist with estimates, on-site estimate, Invoicing, and repair orders.

Schedule appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payment.

Interact with managers to ensure proper parts are in stock needed for jobs.

Interact with managers to ensure each truck is being worked on in a timely fashion.

Vehicle Tracking - log in info.

IPad usage.

Data Entry.

Keep organized spreadsheets/charts.

Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Experience: Automotive experience a MUST (Cars & Trucks) A clean NYS driver’s license (preferred) WILL TRAIN

Hours:

Full - Time - Winter Hours Monday- Friday 7am- 4:30pm Saturday 7am-12pm

Full - Time - Summer Hours Monday- Friday 7am- 5:30pm

Part-Time flexible hours available
