Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Associate - Planet Ford Dallas

Planet Ford Dallas currently has an opportunity for a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Associate. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have the drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard. Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.

Our Preowned Sales Associates can earn up to $100,000 in their first year!

We are part of Randall Reed’s World Class Automotive Group which is a family-owned company. Because we value our employees we provide lunch on Saturday's, we have an onsite cafe, and we guarantee a 5 day work week 3 weeks out of the month. Each employee once hired will receive an amazing benefits package which includes 401k, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Disability & Life Insurance and Paid holidays.

The Pre-Owned Sales Associate will assist clients in the purchase and ownership experience while providing an excellent level of service. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Utilizes Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Prospects for new clients
  • Accountable for departmental performance standards; “Customer Service Index”, “Gross Average”, and vehicles sold
  • Has proper knowledge of products, market trends, and certifications
  • Understands and adheres to the dealership sales process
  • Attends weekly department meetings
