  • Manage wholesale and auction relationships while identifying opportunities to improve residual value.
  • Own departmental P&L performance and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Build organizational capabilities through hiring, coaching and developing talent.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve inventory management, asset disposition and operational efficiency.
  • Travel regularly to maintain strong relationships with teams, stakeholders and business partners.

What We're Looking For
  • Extensive leadership experience within automotive remarketing, dealership sales, fleet sales or commercial vehicle operations.
  • Proven success leading retail vehicle sales teams and consumer-focused sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale remarketing, auction strategy, fleet disposition and residual value optimization.
  • Experience managing P&L responsibilities and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build teams, processes and reporting structures in a growing organization.
  • Knowledge of vehicle pricing, inventory management, financing solutions, F&I products and warranty offerings.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive leadership.
  • Comfortable operating in an environment that requires building strategy, processes and infrastructure from scratch.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% during the first year and approximately 50% thereafter.

What's In It for Me?
  • Potential job titles could include Director, Senior Director, or VP. Base salary $180K-$250K based on experience; eligibility to earn approximately 30% annual bonus
Opportunity to build and lead a highly visible, revenue-generating business function.
  • Executive-level exposure and the ability to directly influence company strategy.
  • Ownership of a transformational initiative with measurable business impact.
  • Ability to create a scalable remarketing organization and define industry-leading practices.
  • Collaborative leadership environment focused on growth, innovation and operational excellence.
  • Opportunity to make a lasting impact within a growing commercial fleet organization.
