Auto Driveaway, one of the largest professional driveaway companies in the US, is seeking a detail-oriented Title & Registration Associate to join our Title & Registration department in Roswell, GA. This role is responsible for accurately processing title and registration transactions for Auto Driveaway customers. The ideal candidate is precise, organized, and comfortable following detailed processes that can vary from one state or jurisdiction to the next.


Auto Driveaway is a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services. We primarily serve large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships, and vehicle and truck OEMs with fast, safe, and reliable door-to-door driveaway service nationwide. Our services include fleet shipping and fleet management, single-vehicle door-to-door driveaway shipping, and short-term and reconditioning services across all asset types. We deliver this through an unwavering commitment to safety and a national network of professional drivers, ensuring quality, accountability, and reliability on every trip.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Accurately process title and registration transactions for Auto Driveaway customers using our technology tools and system integrations
  • Enter and review transaction data with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
  • Follow established title and registration procedures, recognizing that requirements differ by state and local jurisdiction
  • Maintain working knowledge of state and local title and registration rules, regulations, and processes
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on transaction status, documentation needs, and timelines
  • Build and maintain working relationships with outside vendors, including tag agents
  • Support the department in meeting deadlines and keeping transactions moving efficiently

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college degree a plus
  • Strong data entry skills with fast, accurate typing
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in repetitive, process-driven work
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt when requirements vary by location
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions at once
