As a Lot Attendant, you play a critical role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our vehicle inventory. You ensure a smooth flow of operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and sales readiness. This position is essential for presenting a professional image and supporting our team by keeping our lot orderly, safe, and accessible. You contribute to a positive experience for every customer who visits our location.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages the vehicle lot, ensuring all vehicles are neatly organized, properly parked, and easily accessible for staff and customers.
  • Performs efficient Vehicle Relocation, moving vehicles between designated areas on the lot, to service, or for customer delivery.
  • Conducts thorough Vehicle Inspection for new arrivals, identifying and reporting any existing damage or cleanliness issues before they impact customer perception.
  • Operates vehicles safely and responsibly, demonstrating skilled Driving abilities while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Provides exceptional Customer Service, assisting clients with vehicle inquiries, directing them to specific models, and answering basic questions with a helpful attitude.
  • Applies keen Attention to Detail when inspecting vehicles, organizing the lot, and managing vehicle keys, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Utilizes strong Communication Skills to interact clearly and professionally with team members, management, and customers, conveying information effectively.
  • Adheres strictly to all Safety Protocols, maintaining a secure environment for vehicles, staff, and customers on the lot at all times.
  • Maintains meticulous Key Control, organizing and tracking vehicle keys securely to prevent loss and ensure quick access.
  • Assists with Inventory Tracking by accurately recording vehicle movements and status updates, supporting precise inventory management.
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
  • No prior experience required; we train motivated individuals.
