About Trace Coalition Global (TCG)
Trace Coalition Global LLC is a relocation, transportation, and debris removal company serving residential and commercial properties across New Jersey and New York. Our crews handle unit relocations, move-outs, and debris removal for property management partners, working efficiently and respectfully in occupied and vacant residential communities.
Position Summary
TCG is hiring Relocation Specialists (Movers/Helpers) to join our Paterson, NJ crew at the Carroll Street site. This is a hands-on, physically active role responsible for safely packing, moving, transporting, and removing furniture, belongings, appliances, and debris as part of unit relocation and turnover projects. Relocation Specialists work as part of a crew under the direction of a Project Manager or Crew Lead.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely lift, carry, load, and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and personal belongings
  • Properly wrap, pad, and protect items during transport, including mattresses (using mattress sleeves and heavy-duty mattress bags per TCG protocol)
  • Perform debris removal and unit clean-outs as assigned
  • Load and unload company vehicles in an organized, damage-preventing manner
  • Follow all site-specific instructions and scopes of work provided by the Project Manager or Crew Lead
  • Treat residents, property staff, and client representatives with professionalism and respect at all times
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site; report any damages, incidents, or hazards immediately
  • Follow TCG attire, attendance, break, and cell phone use policies
  • Handle company equipment and tools responsibly
  • Comply with all workplace conduct, safety, and drug/alcohol policies
Qualifications
  • Prior moving, warehouse, labor, or general contracting experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout a shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to the Paterson, NJ (Carroll Street) job site
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work well as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license a plus, not required
  • Must be able to pass a background check
Schedule
Part-time, as needed on a weekly basis. Hours and days will vary depending on active project sites and scheduled relocations; crew members will be notified of shifts in advance each week. Flexibility and reliable availability on short notice are important for this role.
