As a Service Porter, you play a crucial role in the service department, ensuring the smooth operation of the dealership. A Service Porter is a "Jack of all trades" and is essential for maintaining an efficient and organized service drive. Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Preparation: Once the greeter has greeted the customer, prep the vehicle immediately to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Vehicle Movement: Move vehicles as far to the front of the service drive as possible to maintain an organized and clutter-free area. Key control is paramount.
  • Vehicle Relocation: Move service vehicles to their designated locations, such as detail, service lot, shop, or tinting area. Record the spot number and place the key in its proper location (never in your pockets).
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained while in our care and practice safe driving techniques.
