VDC Director (Master's with 5 years of experience or Bachelor's with 7 years of experience; Majors: Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent) - Chicago, IL.

Job entails working with and requires experience including: Agile framework, Autodesk Suite (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud), Bluebeam Revu, Procore; Project management; Leading and coordinating project teams without a performance management aspect; Building systems (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection); Commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare construction sectors; Project accounting, financials, and forecasting; BIM coordination; Client relationship building and relationship management; Working with multiple project stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and driving issue resolution; Revizto implementation including search set fundamentals, administering Revizto clash automation, automating clash detection and issue creation, codifying coordination templates.
