About the Role

We are looking for a VDC Coordinator to join our Virtual Design & Construction team in Herndon, Virginia. This is a full-time, in-person position. Willingness to relocate as needed for company or project opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate problem solving using technology and collaboration with project teams, both internal and external
  • Coordinate workload for one or more projects with VDC Manager(s)
  • Manage modeling efforts and deliverables to solve construction issues
  • Understand and contribute to the VDC coordination schedule by tracking responsibilities and providing progress updates
  • Identify and facilitate resolution of coordination conflicts using clash detection in Navisworks
  • Lead clash resolution and coordination meetings, ensuring all items are completed
  • Use modeling best practices and company standards to produce accurate models
  • Conduct quality reviews of modeled scope from others and confirm compliance with contract documents
  • Apply concepts from training sessions and lessons learned to facilitate project coordination
