Step into a pivotal role delivering precision radiation therapy as a contract Radiation Therapist in North Texas. This position calls for a skilled professional versed in advanced treatment technologies, ready to support patient care across two primary machine platforms: Varian iX clinac and Varian TrueBeam. The opportunity offers the chance to work within a dedicated oncology setting, making a difference in the lives of patients undergoing cancer treatment.
Ideal candidates bring a strong foundation in radiation therapy techniques, thrive in collaborative environments, and are adept at adapting to dynamic clinical needs. Prior exposure to VisionRT, while advantageous, is not required, and familiarity with Aria/Eclipse record and verify systems is highly valued.
Qualifications:

  • Valid Radiation Therapist certification and current registration
  • Experience delivering radiation treatments using Varian TrueBeam and/or Varian iX clinac systems
  • Comfortable navigating Aria/Eclipse oncology software
  • Ability to communicate with compassion and clarity to patients and clinical staff
  • VisionRT product knowledge a plus, but not mandatory
  • Highly organized with a commitment to precise, safe procedural standards
Responsibilities:
