What You'll Do
The Distribution Technician is responsible for the daily distribution of all inventory and special-order supplies to support clinical and operational needs across the facility. Key duties include restocking par level supply areas, fulfilling floor requisitions, and ensuring the timely and accurate inspection, shipping, and receiving of both stock and non-stock items and equipment. While this role does not involve direct patient care or access to confidential information, it plays a critical role in supporting patient care through efficient supply chain operations. Responsibilities include daily par counting, pulling and stocking of storeroom and linen supplies, rotating inventory to prevent expired items, and maintaining clean, organized storage areas. The technician is also responsible for processing supply orders, managing phone inquiries, and resolving issues related to supply distribution. This position works closely with the Supply Coordinator and provides coverage during PTO or absences. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support department
