The Regional Director of Operations will guide facility leadership teams, drive performance, and champion quality care across the region. The Regional Director of Operations position is ideal for a proven multi-site operator or a senior Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) ready to lead at the regional level. Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is required.
