Job description

Xenia & Jamestown Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to support business office operations shared between two facilities.

This role is responsible for managing billing, collections, resident accounts, and overall business office functions across both buildings. The ideal candidate understands the financial systems and reimbursement structure within the skilled nursing environment and can effectively balance responsibilities between facilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee business office operations across two facilities
• Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay billing processes
• Maintain resident trust accounts and financial records
• Coordinate with Admissions and Social Services regarding payer sources
• Ensure accurate billing, collections, and account reconciliation
• Communicate with residents and families regarding billing and payment matters
• Maintain compliance with state and federal billing regulations

Qualifications
• Prior Business Office Manager experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing
• Experience with resident accounts and trust fund management
• Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple buildings
• Strong organizational and financial management skills
