A well-established skilled nursing facility in Dayton, Ohio is looking for its next Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). This is a true leadership seat — the Nursing Home Administrator runs the building, sets the tone for the staff, and owns the resident experience day to day. Ownership is hands-on, supportive, and looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who wants to settle in and lead, not just pass through.
We're looking for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator — someone who has already run a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) building and knows what it takes: survey readiness, census, staffing, budgets, and building a culture people want to work in. Prior nursing home administration experience is required.
What You'll Do
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility
Lead department heads and build a stable, accountable leadership team
Own regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Drive census, occupancy, and financial performance
Foster a positive culture for staff, residents, and families
Qualifications
Active Ohio LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) license — required
Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting — required
Compensation
If you're a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) ready to lead a Dayton skilled nursing facility, apply today — we'd love to talk.
