Your Opportunity: ComplyRight, a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Variable Data Processor to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL!
Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Implements the technical functions required for defined customer applications, based on the efile data conversion job specifications.
  • Processes and maintains records, statistics, and reports regarding tax data lists, costs, merging and batching operations.
  • Administers controls and documents the activities related to data planning and development and the establishment of policies and procedures pertaining to its management, security, maintenance, and utilization.
  • Follows standard work processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools to meet the requirements of the customer.
  • Communicates on key developments and specifics, which affect job output, keeping all parties informed.
  • Follows all department Standard Work Documents, Department Standards, and Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

Your Shift:
  • 1st Shift; Monday-Friday, with some weekend days during peak season (end of January, beginning of March, and end of March)
  • Work location: 3300 Gateway Drive, Pompano Beach, FL 33069

You Must Have:
  • Intermediate or advanced-level Excel skills
  • Experience with PowerQuery functions within Excel
  • Intermediate knowledge of NotePad ++
  • Adobe experience (PDF Splitting, Merging & Protecting)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and to effectively interact with internal and external customers
  • Ability to effectively participate in team meetings, activities, and projects by being forthcoming with recommendations or suggestions

We Would Also Prefer:
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related/relevant professional work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Database management experience
  • Ability to perform basic project management duties
